B.O.L.D. is dedicated to the recruitment, retention, and development of Black employees. The group works to create an environment where Black employees feel empowered to bring their authentic selves to work, while colleagues are encouraged to learn, respect, and embrace diversity. By engaging the community, elevating cultural milestones, and providing education, B.O.L.D. strengthens inclusion across Acadia and advances our values.
¡HOLA! supports the professional growth, leadership, and community engagement of Hispanic employees and allies at Acadia. The group fosters connections, enhances visibility, and provides mentorship and development opportunities to help members thrive. By celebrating cultural heritage and strengthening ties with external partners, ¡HOLA! enriches our workplace and supports broader ERG collaboration.
The purpose of MOSAIC is to engage people with aspects of various cultures, and thus provide them frames of reference to better inform them how both internal and external customers arrive at decisions, formulate everyday perspectives, and work towards common goals in light of various cultural contexts. Deeper understanding leads to deeper relationships.
The Rainbow Alliance fosters belonging for LGBTQ+ employees and allies by creating a safe, inclusive, and equitable environment. The group raises awareness of LGBTQ+ issues, supports career growth, and advocates for inclusive policies and practices. By connecting employees through events, community partnerships, and advocacy, Rainbow Alliance helps Acadia live its values of inclusion and respect.
Women at Work serves as a platform to support the professional development, networking, and leadership of women and allies at Acadia. The group provides opportunities for mentoring, skill-building, and engagement, encouraging employees to learn from one another and bring their true selves to work. Through events, stories, and shared experiences, Women at Work inspires members to thrive and elevate others along the way.
