Compliance Policy

Acadia Pharmaceuticals has an unwavering commitment to conduct business with the highest standards of ethics and compliance. We maintain a comprehensive compliance program, led by a dedicated Chief Compliance Officer, designed to prevent and detect violations of company policy, applicable laws or regulations.

Centered on a proactive and practical approach to policies and training, and supported by a robust monitoring and auditing platform, Acadia’s Compliance Program is deeply embedded in our culture and business.

We encourage employees, vendors and stakeholders to report potential issues, and we thoroughly investigate all identified or reported concerns. We take action on all substantiated matters including, where appropriate, pursuing disciplinary action and implementing other corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

It is Acadia policy to promote our products only in a manner consistent with the FDA-approved product labeling and all promotional interactions with relevant Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) are focused solely on addressing educational needs by providing truthful and accurate scientific and educational information on our products or relevant disease states. Our guiding principle is that the intent of our interactions with HCPs must be to benefit patients and enhance the practice of medicine.

The Compliance Department may be contacted for policy guidance at (858) 320-8619 or [email protected].
