Therapeutic Areas

Our therapeutic focus spans a lifetime – from pediatric to geriatric – we focus on disorders where no approved therapies currently exist.

Parkinson’s Disease Psychosis (PDP)

PDP is a non-motor symptom impacting around half of people with Parkinson’s over the course of their disease. Patients with PDP may see or hear things that others don’t or believe things that are not true.

Rett Syndrome

Rett Syndrome is a rare genetic neurological and developmental disorder that leads to problems with movement, coordination and communication. Rett syndrome occurs worldwide in approximately one of every 10,000 to 15,000 female births (~6,000 to 9,000 patients in the U.S.).

Alzheimer’s Disease Psychosis (ADP)

According to the Alzheimer’s Association, over six million people in the United States are living with Alzheimer’s disease. Studies suggest that approximately 30 percent of patients diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease have psychosis, commonly consisting of hallucinations and delusions.
