Position Summary
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and deliver analytics and AI‑enabled solutions supporting Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Portfolio Strategy, and broader R&D functions
- Develop and scale dashboards, operational metrics, and analytics products that improve visibility into clinical and operational performance
- Support the implementation and expansion of AI‑powered use cases including clinical operations copilots, enrollment analytics, workflow automation, and decision‑support tools
- Identify and translate high‑value R&D business opportunities into analytics and AI solutions in partnership with key stakeholders
- Contribute to rapid prototyping, proof‑of‑concept development, and innovation initiatives aligned with enterprise R&D priorities
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of analytics and AI solutions through performance measurement and user feedback
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience developing and operationalizing analytics or AI‑enabled solutions within pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated healthcare environments
- Hands‑on experience building analytics data products, dashboards, and decision‑support tools
- Experience working in regulated R&D environments with familiarity with clinical, safety, or regulatory data
- Working knowledge of data standards such as CDISC and FHIR
- Experience applying analytics in R&D‑intensive industries such as biopharma, healthcare, or technology
- Must be willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally.
Physical Requirements
This role involves regular standing, walking, sitting, and the use of hands for handling or operating equipment. The employee may also need to reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and maintain visual, verbal, and auditory communication in a standard office environment and while working independently from remote locations. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. This position requires the ability to travel independently overnight and/or work after hours as required by travel schedules or business needs.
In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for discretionary bonus and equity awards based on factors such as individual and organizational performance. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance, and location.
