The Regional Marketing Liaison (RML) Daybue role is a senior in-market position within the US commercial organization that will focus on commercial KOL engagement to gain insights into regional opportunities and provide a bridge between regional markets and headquarters, speaker development and refresher training for disease state (and product, when appropriate), and will support the execution of approved educational programs.

The RML will develop strategies and implementation plans directed towards important and influential external stakeholders in their area. Regional Marketing will liaise with other field-based professionals, within approved SOPs, including but not limited to RBLs, ABMs, Market Access Account Executives and MSL's, as appropriate, in addition to home office-based colleagues in Marketing, Sales, Market Access and Medical Affairs.

The position will report to the Director, Daybue Regional Marketing and be part of the US Daybue HCP Marketing team. Education/Experience/Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, health care, business administration or equivalent combination of relevant education/experience may be considered.  Strong biopharmaceutical experience in sales, sales training, thought leader liaison or marketing roles. Minimum 8 years’ experience in Neurology; rare disease and pediatric neurology experience strongly preferred. Requirements include:

Physical Requirements:

This role involves regular standing, walking, sitting, and the use of hands for handling or operating equipment. The employee may also need to reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and maintain visual, verbal, and auditory communication in a standard office environment and while working independently from remote locations. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.  This position requires the ability to travel independently overnight and/or work after hours as required by travel schedules or business needs. Ability to travel by car or airplane independently up to 70% of the time and work after hours if required by travel schedule or business issues.

In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for discretionary bonus and equity awards based on factors such as individual and organizational performance. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance, and location. 

Salary Range
$168,000$210,000 USD
