Jennifer J. Rhodes has served as Acadia’s Chief Legal Officer and Secretary since 2024.
Jennifer J. Rhodes is the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary at Acadia, overseeing the legal, government affairs, and patient advocacy functions. She brings to the organization more than two decades of experience in legal, strategy, and business across the life sciences sector.
Ms. Rhodes’ extensive background includes her role as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Business Officer at Angion Biomedica, and prior positions as General Counsel, Chief Business Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Adamas Pharmaceuticals. She has also served in executive legal and compliance roles at Medivation and senior legal roles at Pfizer, demonstrating a proven track record in legal leadership and strategic business management.
Before her corporate roles, Ms. Rhodes was an attorney at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. She holds a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from Newcomb College of Tulane University.
